Book an appointment to see a GP to complete the Mental Health Treatment Plan

Book an appointment with Dr Sam for an initial appointment to discuss your concerns.

Bulk-billing is available for all individuals with a mental health care plan. Medicare rebates may apply through the “Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative” if assessed via GP Mental Health Treatment Plan, private paediatrician or psychiatrist.
